What if VPN stops connecting?

Open your access page, refresh the profile, and restart the app. If it still fails — use Report a problem or contact support.

Why do some videos or sites still not open with VPN?

Some platforms use regional rules, licenses, or anti-VPN checks. That does not always mean the VPN is broken. Contact support if unsure.

Why avoid random free VPN apps?

Free VPNs can be unstable, show ads, collect extra data, or spread unsafe apps. We focus on support, clear instructions, and data minimization.

What data do you store?

Only what is needed for orders, payment, access, and support: contact, plan, request/access status, and service events. We do not store browsing history or traffic content.
